The following are three simple (yet somehow not so easy all the time) ways to decrease inflammation. For those of you who have been working with us for a while, these may seem repetitive. Yet these 3 things are key to addressing many health concerns.
- Getting a Good Night’s Sleep – Making sure that you get a sufficient amount of sleep and good quality sleep is an important way to decrease inflammation.
- Eat Organic – Fruits, vegetables and nuts helps increase your antioxidants and decrease inflammation.
- Minimize Your Stress– This is key to decreasing your inflammation and overall good health. Stress can come from work, family, lifestyle and many other things. It can seem out of your control and although you can’t always change circumstances in your life, you can increase your use of healthy tools to cope with it and your response to the stress.
If any or all three of these things are concerns for you personally, make an appointment in person or on the phone with our team to address them.
