Functional Nutrition Coaching
Visit with our Registered Dietitian for Functional Nutrition Coaching. She can help with analyzing your diet, providing an appropriate functional nutrition program (low histamine diet, SIBO friendly diet, food sensitivity plans, AIP, detoxification, etc), giving advice on meal planning/snack planning or helping reduce risk/activity of chronic diseases like hypertension, high cholesterol, autoimmune disease, diabetes and more!
Virtual Meal Plans/Exercise plans
If you would like us like us to simply provide you with a meal plan including recipes, shopping lists and a workout plan then this option is for you. Meal plans can include: 28 day detox, gluten free eating plan, ketogenic diet plan, autoimmune paleo eating plan, Mediterranean diet, 28 day fasting weight loss program and more! Exercise plans include those for beginners, those wanting to tone, intermediate plans or HIIT plans. *This option requires a release from your PCP stating you are physically capable of exercise at the level you choose.
