Amy Bogart is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has worked for more than 20 years in clinical outpatient settings providing nutritional coaching for both adults and children. She has worked with many different aspects of nutrition specializing in both the areas of chronic disease and disease prevention. Her focus is always on the health and well-being of her patients. She believes the best way for her patients to sustain a healthy and happy lifestyle is working alongside them by listening and providing them with knowledge they need to make the best choices.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition with a minor in Sports Nutrition from Florida State University. She continued her education by completing her Master of Science in Human Nutrition at Georgia State University through an AP-4 program. Since Amy has a passion for exercise and fitness, she completed her Group Exercise Instructor certification through the American Council on Exercise in 2014.
Amy has loved living in Colorado since 2002. She lives here with her husband, 9 year old son, and dog (Bronco). They try to head up to the mountains as much as they can in their spare time. Amy loves to run, hike, bike, ski, or in other words just be outside. It always puts her in a good mood. Amy tries to challenge herself physically and mentally with at least a few organized races each year and considers herself a sports fanatic (there is always a game on our tv).
